We are all in yet another transitional time, as our websites are now being cited from major players like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. In the digital-first world we live in today, SEO should not be thought of as optional, but utilized to ensure you have the visibility you need to attract the right audience and customers. Learn a few DIY tips and tricks from our expert to help with your website rankings, as well as a broad overview of things that happen behind-the-scenes with the rise of AI search.

After graduating with a degree in design and advertising from Iowa State, Rob left his homeland of Iowa for the PNW, landing first in an advertising role at The Seattle Weekly. From there he worked in higher education, advising college media at the University of Hawaii, then at the University of Oregon, until it finally came time to build the unique, client-focused creative branding and marketing company he’d always dreamed of. In March of 2019, Mixed Handed Branding was born. Rob loves generating creative, results-driven solutions for businesses that are ready to grow and then seeing them realize that growth, continuing to collaborate with clients as their brands evolve.

Insights Research Lab - University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business
Noelle is a professor of marketing in the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon, where her research has examined many aspects of consumer behavior, from logo design to online review impressions. She is also the director of the college's Insights Research Lab (IRL), which serves the needs of academic researchers, local businesses, and nonprofits with cutting-edge research methodologies and access to research participants. Noelle's marketing consulting firm, Nelson Analytics, LLC, partners closely with IRL to help solve measurement and consumer-related problems.
