#WorkReady Middle School Career Day: Mock Interivews

During Middle School Career Day, individual volunteers are needed to participate in mock interviews with students. As a mock interviewer, your role is to give the students constructive feedback concerning what they can do to improve upon their interview skills. For example, encouraging them to give a firm handshake or make eye contact, and helping them to understand how they can relate their personal skills and work experience to career objectives.
