Chuck Dinsfriend is the Information Technology Manager for Willamalane Park and Recreation District. He has over 25 years as an Information Technology leader in K12 Education, Nonprofit, and Park and Recreation organizations. He has focused on cyber security and disaster recovery/business continuity as well as system integration of hybrid cloud and on premises systems. He holds an MBA from World Institute of Religious Education as well as certifications from ITIL, Novell, Microsoft and others. He has spoken at three ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education ) conferences (2013, 2015, 2016) as well as presentations at several regional conferences.
