The Springfield Chamber is pleased to welcome JL Wilson, Executive Director of the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce, to give our membership a look at what's ahead for the 2026 Oregon State legislative short session.
Starting February 2nd, the short session will take place over 35 days and cover a range of issues that affect the local business community. Read more on The Bottom Line here.
About the speaker
JL Wilson comes with a 20-year history in public affairs and lobbying as past Executive Director of NFIB/Oregon and past Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Associated Oregon Industries. Wilson has been a full-time lobbyist representing primarily business interests since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Legislative Director for two Speakers of the Oregon House. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce.
NEW this year – we will be adding a half hour of networking and refreshments to the beginning of each Roundtable program.
