Annual Pacific Northwest Fest: July 15-19, 2026!

PublicHouse is excited to announce our Annual Pacific NorthWest Fest featuring food & cocktail creations utilizing and sharing ingredients from local sources. The PublicHouse food vendors will be working with the Whisk(e)y Lab crew to design menus featuring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Cocktails & Food Specials: The Whisk(e)y Lab crew and each of the food vendors are preparing specialty cocktails & menu items featuring local ingredients produced by local people in and around our area. Here’s just some of what to expect: From the Lab Raspberry Gin & Jam: gin, lemon, fresh tart raspberry jam (Food for Lane County Youth Farm Raspberries) Strawberry Daiquiri: Stern Mama tropical rum, lime, fresh strawberry (Groundwork’s Organics, Junction City & Stern Mama Rum, Eugene) Oregon Daisy: Timberline vodka, elderflower, lemon, honey, sparkling wine, fresh flower (Long Table Farm Fresh Culinary Flowers) Blueberry Diablo: Reposado tequila, lime, ginger, blueberry, soda (Creswell Blueberries UPick Farm) Hazelnut Old Fashioned: Hazelnut-infused bourbon, hazelnut demerara, bitters, orange peel & cherry (Thistledown Farm Hazelnuts, Junction City) From the Kitchens Lobster Rolls with Blackberry-Lemon Butter from Moi Poki Grill Sweet Potato Buddah Bowl from Wild Plate Coho Salmon Platter with Gravlax & Paté, Summer Vegetables & Dips from Shalosh PNW Salad with Marionberry Balsamic Vinaigrette with Rogue Blue Cheese and Hazelnut (add Marionberry Burnt Ends) from Black Market BBQ From the BeerHall: The Beer Hall’s draft list will be full of Northwest flavors and local ingredients, featuring some of the best breweries and cideries from the PNW. Dustin, our beer buyer, has been filling up the event draft list as things are coming in from the distributers. Here’s just a few: Wayfinder’s Laura Palmer Blonde Ale with Lemon and Tea Dirt Road’s Spruce Devil IPA with Hand-Picked Oregon Spruce Alesong’s Java Suit, a Bourbon BA Stout with Equiano Coffee Fort George’s Ponchatoula Strawberry Lager & more to be announced Entertainment: Each night of the event we’ll be featuring live music and entertainment with a line-up of ALL LOCAL artists, including: The Elena Leona Project, Wednesday @ 7pm Rudolf Korv and the NorthWest Feels, Thursday @ 7pm The Syco Billy’s, Friday @ 7:30pm Ramblin’ Robert & the McKenzie Drifters, Saturday @ 7:30pm The Yard Dogs, Sunday @ 3:30pm Music is suitable for all ages and free to enjoy.
