The Business Case for Culture (and How to Make It Stick)
Every HR leader knows company culture drives retention, productivity, and profitability. But getting leadership to prioritize it can be another story. This interactive session gives you the language and evidence to make the business case stick. You'll learn how to translate culture into the metrics your CEO already reports, why stability has to come before the offsites, and how to handle the objections you're guaranteed to hear—starting with 'we can't afford this right now.’ You'll leave with a toolkit of changes, some you can start today, and some worth bringing to your CEO. It's time to stop treating culture as a nice-to-have and start positioning it as what actually moves the numbers.

Sarah-Kate Sharkey, Founder & CEO of Coalesce Consulting, spent more than 20 years in organizational leadership across the public and private sectors. She knows from the inside what HR professionals are up against: meetings that produce nothing, employees quietly checking out, culture that isn't working, and leadership that doesn't always see it.
She founded Coalesce Consulting to do something different. Sarah-Kate helps organizations build culture in intentional stages — stability first, then relationships, then growth. Her work helps companies keep great employees, strengthen productivity, and get everyone moving in the same direction.
