Charlie White embodies the qualities Systems West Engineers strives to cultivate in its leaders, including technical rigor, curiosity, humility, emotional intelligence, and deep alignment with the firm’s mission and culture. With nearly a decade of engineering experience, Charlie has served as a mechanical engineer and project manager while also taking on key internal leadership roles as a team lead, supervisor, and culture contributor. Now serving as Project Delivery Lead, he plays an integral role in advancing project excellence, supporting team performance, and enhancing both client and staff experience. His appointment as an Associate reflects the trust he has earned across the organization.
Dustin Murray brings 19 years of engineering experience and provides exceptional technical depth, field expertise, and steady leadership to every project and team he supports. Since joining Systems West Engineers, he has played a central role in expanding the firm’s commissioning presence in Central Oregon and beyond. Dustin balances managing complex projects with mentoring junior staff, supporting clients, and troubleshooting intricate systems. As an Associate and Commissioning Department Head, he will help shape the long-term vision, performance, and culture of the firm’s commissioning group. His appointment recognizes his dedication, leadership, and commitment to Systems West Engineers’ mission and strategic direction.
