I am a clinical services leader with more than 15 years of experience in community-based healthcare and nursing. I currently serve in a clinical leadership role within tribal health, where I am focused on strengthening healthcare access, improving clinical operations, developing sustainable workflows, and culturally responsive care for Native patients and the community.
I am passionate about expanding services, building strong teams, and creating opportunities for patients to receive comprehensive care close to home. I value collaboration, innovation, and community connection. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
