Before recruiting, I worked in community-focused roles with the Eugene Family YMCA and Travel Lane County. Those years taught me how local organizations operate, what they juggle behind the scenes, and how the right hire can shift a team’s entire rhythm.
I grew up in Springfield and now live in Eugene, so I’m deeply connected to this area. I value being responsive, easy to work with, and tuned into what local employers need. Outside of work, I’m a mom, a dog person, an outdoors fan, and an active part of the Springfield Chamber to stay rooted in the community that shaped me.
