Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties has been serving Oregon communities since 1954. As a mission-driven nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Goodwill works to create opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment through job training, workforce development, and employment services.

Our organization operates as a mission-integrated enterprise, meaning that revenue generated through our Goodwill thrift stores, supported through our local donation centers, directly supports the programs and services we provide to the community.

Goodwill thrift stores offer affordable, gently used clothing and household items while the sale of those items supports job training and employment programs that help individuals build brighter futures.
