Hi there. I am Troy Rogers, an entrepreneur in Springfield, Oregon. Before becoming a business owner later in my career, I started at 15 years old working at a sub shop and at 19 I began checking tires at an oil change center. After 20 years working my way up to managing 6 local lube and oil change centers as a regional manager, I purchased a local Big Town Hero sub sandwich shop. Assisting me in the restaurant are my mom, daughter, and son along with 5 other community members. We have 3 bakers who make the bread fresh every single day. We give back to the community by sponsoring Springfield sports teams. My newest business venture will be a mobile oil change service that will be available to the community soon. This new service will allow people to stay at work or home and have their car serviced at their convenience.
