Springfield Fix-It Fair

Join Lane County Waste Reduction for their Fix-it Fair in Springfield! 
Fix-it fairs are free public events promoting reuse and repair by offering participants the chance to have their household items repaired by volunteer fixers. Participants can watch and learn repair skills, discover local repair resources, and extend the life of household items—keeping more stuff out of the landfill while saving money. 
Lane County—with Toolbox Project—will host its Fix-It Fair on May 12 during Springfield's Downtown Second Friday Art Walk. Fairs are free public events where attendees work with volunteer fixers to repair everyday household items. The event will focus on bike, textile, and clothing repairs.
