Pretty Suspect album release party + Tarantula Trustfund, Missed Connection, Vampire Champagne in concert
On Saturday, July 27th the Community Center for the Performing Arts proudly welcomes Pretty Suspect to the WOW Hall.
Pretty Suspect
Pretty Suspect emerged in 2022, inspired by post-hardcore and emo influences from the early 2000s like Emery, Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada, My Chemical Romance, Dance Gavin Dance, and Saosin. The band consists of Bryce Jenks on guitar and vocals, Zac Jenks on keytar, Jaren Nichols on drums, and Colten Nichols on bass and vocals.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, Pretty Suspect’s music explores themes of mental health awareness and the personal struggles many face, aiming to connect deeply with listeners through their lyrics and energetic performances.
Currently working on new material, the band plans to release several singles and an EP this year, continuing to share their journey and experiences through their music.
VAMPIRE CHAMPAGNE
Vampire Champagne is Sasha Gordy (vocals), Von-Aldrynne Eslava (vocals), Alex Weislow (guitar), Kyle Scott (guitar), and Jake Malet (drums). Together they form a ferocious post-hardcore outfit doused with an eclectic palette of influences utilizing sounds of math rock, emo, metalcore, prog, and djent. Based in Portland, Oregon, Vampire Champagne aims to bring an energy that will surely make you equally dance and headbang. Their debut album "Decay/Metamorphosis" will be released on April 12th.
