• Trial overview
• Restitution
• Sheriff lockout
• Abandoned property

At the end of this course, attendees should know how to prepare, file and legally
serve eviction documents, negotiate and prepare stipulated agreements, prepare for trial, and file
and serve the Notice of Restitution and Sheriff lockout paperwork.
