American Legion Post 40 is proud to announce the Grand Opening of its new location at 219 42nd St in Springfield on May 12th, 2026 at 4:30 pm. A ribbon cutting will be facilitated by the Springfield Chamber Commerce followed by a few words from local Post officers and dignitaries and the inaugural flag raising ceremony. A small reception will follow open to all who attend.
