Delgani String Quartet: Soul of Brazil

The ever-innovative Delgani String Quartet collaborates with internationally-acclaimed and Grammy-nominated composer and vocalist, Clarice Assad to perform Soul of Brazil. The concert includes a new commission by Assad, along with a string quartet by Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos. After intermission, Assad will take the stage with Delgani to sing her arrangements of six Brazilian bossa nova tunes written by Antonio Carlos Jobim.
