The October 2025 Roundtable + Tour offered attendees with insights into the history and sustainable innovations behind the company's work.

Join the Springfield Chamber for a Roundtable + Tour at International Paper’s Springfield Containerboard Mill, International Paper is a global leader in sustainable, fiber-based packaging, and featuring an inside look at the people, processes, and policies shaping one of our region’s most significant manufacturing operations. Attendees will hear from the Mill Manager, Matt Vaughn, and the Senior Regional Manager, Cynthia Leon. After a safety briefing, attendees will tour the facility and hear about the box-making process, IP's community impact, and information on the mill workforce.
