He has previously served on the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Lane County\, The Eugene Springfield Metro Partnership\, The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce\, and the Lane County Planning Commission\, including a term as chair.\n\n\n\nKim\, a Human Resources Business Partner at OCCU\, has supported a wide variety of HR functions over the last 11 years. Today she focuses on providing program\, process and leadership support to enhance the employee experience and help achieve company goals.
