During our first Small Business Solutions Hub program of 2023 we will discuss themes and takeaways such as meeting people where they are\, using your influence for good\, increasing trust in small businesses\, and attracting talent\, no matter the size of your organization. Join us Friday\, March 17th as we hear from Alvord Taylor Executive Director\, Mark Herbert\, and from Sarena Cook\, Learning & Development Manager\, and Kim Antram\, Human Resources Business Partner\, with the Springfield Chamber's 2022 Employer of the Year\, OCCU.\n\n\n\nFeatured Speakers:\n\n\n\nMark F. Herbert has served as the Executive Director of Alvord-Taylor\, Inc. since April 2018. His experience includes over thirty-five years of combined corporate and consulting experience in multiple sectors including: Not-for-profit\, high technology\, financial services\, manufacturing\, and other areas. He has previously served on the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Lane County\, The Eugene Springfield Metro Partnership\, The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce\, and the Lane County Planning Commission\, including a term as chair.\n\n\n\nKim\, a Human Resources Business Partner at OCCU\, has supported a wide variety of HR functions over the last 11 years. Today she focuses on providing program\, process and leadership support to enhance the employee experience and help achieve company goals. A life-long Eugenian and a UO graduate\, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family\, including her husband and 1 year old daughter.
