DESCRIPTION:Project Living Hope is hosting a fundraising dinner for anyone interested in learning more to come and join in the mission of empowering Haitians to build a stronger Haiti. We invite you to join us for a Haitian-inspired dinner on Friday\, July 17\, 2026\, at the Springfield Moose Lodge\, 2011 Laura Street\, Springfield\, OR 97477 at 6:00 p.m. This year's event centers around our theme\, "Even Now" a declaration of hope in the midst of uncertainty. Even now\, Project Living Hope is touching lives\, and even now you can be a part of it. Every dollar raised helps Project Living Hope empower Haitians to build a stronger Haiti.\n\n\n\nProject Living Hope\, based in Stayton\, Oregon provides youth and adults in Haiti with opportunities to play\, learn\, and grow. In the midst of widespread poverty\, hunger\, and gang violence\, Project Living Hope is a safe haven where individuals can come to be empowered to better their lives. Project Living Hope is committed to breaking the cycle of dependency by strengthening families and communities through four key areas: athletics\, job skills training\, community development\, and disaster preparedness.\n\n\n\nAt the current campus on the central coast of Haiti\, more than 400 youth participate in soccer and basketball programs as well as English and artisan crafts classes each week\, gaining skills\, hope\, and a vision for their future. Adults participate in job skills training workshops in topics such as auto mechanics\, personal finance\, pastoral ministry\, and solar power. Project Living Hope also partners with the local community and churches to provide emergency food assistance and community strengthening events. Now\, Project Living Hope is working to open a second campus in Northern Haiti to expand its programming and provide hope and empowerment to a whole new community. \n\n\n\nTo attend\, please go to www.plhope.org/eugene-dinner to R.S.V.P or call (503) 714-1477
