Workforce and employment data suggests that regardless of age\, education\, or training\, workers across all industry sectors are exploring new careers or seeking continuing education to further career advancement opportunities. It's more important than ever that employers understand and adapt to these ever-evolving workforce dynamics. During our final LunchVox program of the 2022 series\, we will examine the local implications of reworking career pathways and how one higher education institution\, Bushnell University\, is responding through redesigned career advancement training and education pathways.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet the Speaker: Corynn Gilbert\, Ph.D.\n\nCorynn Gilbert is a 30-year veteran of the higher education sector. She has served in a variety of roles across the country\, but currently is the Director of Development at Bushnell University. Her background in career development and academic advising gives her unique inside into the role of higher education in workforce development. She serves on Bushnell's President's Council for Strategic Initiatives and also teaches in the Master of Arts in Leadership program in the higher education concentration.
