This Workshop is being offered at no cost to our members\, thanks to the generous support of our Impact Investors and Chamber Foundation supporters.\n\n\n\nThis workshop offers three half-days of training (8:00am-12:30pm). Managers will receive tools and takeaways to aid in developing their teams' communication skills\, emotional intelligence\, adaptability\, and critical thinking skills.\n\n \nThe Essential Skills Workshop schedule outline:\n\nParticipants are expected to attend all three days. \n\n \nDay 1: Self Awareness\n\nThe first day of the session helps you identify your unique leadership voice and tendencies. You will arrive having already completed your online 5 Voices assessment. The rest of the session provides you with the opportunity to gain confidence in your voice.\n\n\n\nDay 2: Other Awareness\n\nThe second day builds on the insights you gain on the first day. We'll focus on how you can translate your self awareness to become better aware of others. You'll sharpen your ability to calibrate your approach to increase your trust and influence with others.\n\n\n\nDay 3: Coaching Competence\n\nWe'll wrap our time together with an approach you can use to improve the way you develop the people around you. We'll also help you assess the effectiveness of your current processes and steps you can take to improve them.
